Josie M. Faix

Josie M. Faix practices in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, marital and premarital agreements, and guardianships and conservatorships. She graduated from the University of New Mexico (B.A. with Honors, 1995) and the Georgetown University Law Center (J.D., 2001).

She is a member of the American College of Trust and Estate Council (ACTEC), the Arapahoe County Bar Association, and the Trust & Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association. She is the author of the "Non­Probate Transfers" chapter of the Colorado Estate Planning Handbook and is the Editor of the “Green Book,” both publications of CBA/CLE. She is also a member of the Rocky Mountain Estate Planning Council, the Colorado Women’s Bar Association, and the Women’s Estate Planning Council.

When not in the office, Josie spends time with her husband, college-age children, and dog.
